At Hollander, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
